uffalo Bills (1-3)1:00pm ET Brian Allen Jersey , CBSInteresting game to start things off.The Titans are favorited to win a game for the first time this season and it’s on the road. So while the Bills are hardly heavily backed, it’s still a legitimate challenge for the Titans. What’s interesting here is that the Titans look very, very inept on offense under new Offensive Coordinator Matt LaFleur, the former Rams OC from 2017. They’ve scored the seventh-lowest point total in the NFL and Titans QB Marcus Mariota is averaging just 182 yards per game. Strangely enough, the Bills are one of the few offenses worse than the Titans.Miami Dolphins (3-1) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-1)1:00pm ET, CBSHow are these two teams a combined 6-2?!Again, the Dolphins’ offense is one of the weaker units in the league. They picked up three one-possession wins before being wrecked by a jilted New England Patriots team. Meanwhile, the Bengals’ offense has cranked while the defense looks the worst its been in a decade. Are things going to normalize for them? Are the Dolphins for real? One of these teams is going to 4-1...Baltimore Ravens (3-1) at Cleveland Browns (1-2-1)1:00pm ET, CBSLowkey, one of the funner games from the early slate.Baltimore’s playing pretty good football while the Browns have lost two games by a combined six points. And of course, QB Baker Mayfield has Browns fans energized.Over the last 20 matchups, the Ravens are 18-2. The Browns haven’t won any of the last five meetings.Green Bay Packers (2-1-1) at Detroit Lions (1-3)1:00pm ET, FOXIf Ravens-Browns was lowkey fun, this is highkey weird. The Packers have a tie. The Lions are 1-3. This is perhaps the worst offense so far for Packers QB Aaron Rodgers. The Lions have lost by three to the San Francisco 49ers, by two to the Dallas Cowboys and by 31 to the New York Jets...Weird!Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1) at Kansas City Chiefs (4-0)1:00pm ET, CBSGame of the week?Denver Broncos (2-2) at New York Jets (1-3)1:00pm ET Joseph Noteboom Jersey , CBSHard to get excited here. The Broncos are on a two-game losing streak while the Jets have three losses working. A bit of a settle-out game where the AFC need some normalcy in the middle that this could help provide.Atlanta Falcons (1-3) at Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2-1)1:00pm ET, FOXThese two teams have two wins combined after Week 4. Unbelievable. And that of course means, one of these teams will be a one-win team after Week 5 and all but mathematically dead in the burgeoning playoff race. And while Steelers fans seem nearly apoplectic about it, I’m not sure that’s the case for the Falcons for whatever reason. But it’s a reminder that we shouldn’t need (that we definitely need) that last year’s playoff teams aren’t this year’s playoff teams and the unexpected happens in the NFL. A lot.New York Giants (1-3) at Carolina Panthers (2-1)1:00pm ET, FOXCarolina is coming off of its bye week. It’s Week 5. The Los Angeles Rams don’t have a bye week for nearly two months. Does that leave the Panthers perhaps sloppy? Perhaps. It’s not as if the G-Men are playing solid football. This shapes up as another settle-out. Andy Reid didn't even need someone to ask the question before he supplied the answer to what every Chiefs fan in Kansas City had been wondering throughout their bye week."I really don't have any news on Eric Berry," he said.Cue the sound of a deflating balloon.Still, there have been signs the Chiefs' highly paid star safety could return to practice this week for the first time since early in training camp. Reid has said nothing more than Berry is getting better every day, but he has been more visible around the team than the past few months. The timing of his return this week also would make sense. The Chiefs had a week off following their shootout loss to the Rams in Los Angeles, giving not only Berry an extra period of time but everyone else a chance to get healthy. And with the Raiders up next on Sunday, the Chiefs probably don't need Berry to get back on the field right away. That means he would have two weeks of practice 鈥?at minimum 鈥?to shake off the rust and return to the field, then four regular-season games and the playoffs to make an impact this season."I think we'll just take it day by day and see how he does," Reid said, when pressed on what to expect when Berry does return. "I don't have an expectation either way on that. I wouldn't know how to gauge that right now. But I know he is feeling better. He's gotten a little bit better every week."The issue appears to be with Berry's heel, close to where he tore his Achilles tendon in last season's opener. But neither the Chiefs nor Berry have been willing to discuss it in detail."It's not one of those things that heals overnight. It's not how it works," Reid said. "So I think we just start him off slow and see what he can do when that thing feels right, whether it's this week or next week or whenever. There's no expectation there."Maybe not for Reid Jack Youngblood Jersey , but there certainly is an expectation for Chiefs fans. They watched the Chiefs (9-2) lose their only two games in nip-and-tuck road shootouts to the Patriots and Rams, and it's hard to believe a healthy Berry would not have made a difference.Because while the Chiefs' beleaguered cornerbacks have actually fared quite well this season, at least when advanced metrics are considered, their safety situation has been a major downfall. It hasn't helped that Daniel Sorensen has only been back a couple of weeks after breaking his leg in training camp, or that rookie Armani Watts landed on injured reserve as he was finding his stride.Throw in Berry and that's three starting-caliber safeties that have been missing.Reid didn't have much other injury news Monday, pointing out that players were still trickling in from a lengthy break. A snowstorm that blitzed through Kansas City on Sunday may have caused a few of them to be delayed, but Reid said that everyone would be present for meetings and practice. He did say that wide receiver Sammy Watkins, who has been dealing with a troublesome foot injury, remained in Kansas City last week to get treatment. Reid said Watkins' foot is "still tender," and it's unclear whether Watkins will be available this week against Oakland.Just about everybody else should be ready to go."It was at a good time," Reid said of the bye week, "and not because of Thanksgiving and my waist line that goes with that, but I just thought it came at a good time for our team. You know, it was an opportunity to rest up later in the season and that can be important as you continue down the stretch."
